Cancellation Policy

Prices for Services are detailed in our Services & Pricing Guide in the Client Agreement you sign when you create a profile in the portal. Prices are subject to change. Payment is due in full upon booking. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the start of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3-6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the event will incur a 30% fee. Holiday cancellations/changes must be made 7 days before the start of the scheduled holiday visit or payment in full is required. Payment for bookings that are cut short or cancelled due to owners early return home will not be refunded. Unfortunately, this applies to Covid cancellations as well. We accept Venmo and all major credit cards. Thank you!
